We’re excited about our Mentoring Ministry and the impact it can have on your life. The concept of mentoring is taught throughout scripture and specifically for women in Titus 2. Our hope is to develop a mentoring lifestyle, mindset and relationships among the women of our church which will be honoring to our Lord and workable for our ladies.
You can be involved in the Mentoring Ministry in several different ways:
Your first step to becoming involved in the Mentoring Ministry is to attend the Orientation Coffee on Sunday, February 25 at 2 pm in the South Campus Fellowship Dining Room. At the Coffee you will learn the joys, blessings and responsibilities of mentoring. If you decide to become involved . . .
Your second step, which takes place at the Orientation Coffee, is to indicate how you want to be involved (mentor, mentee, prayer supporter).
Your third step is to attend the Kick-Off & Training Night on Monday, March 5 where you will meet your 3-member mentoring team (mentor, mentee, and prayer supporter) and receive encouraging training.
Your fourth step is to then enjoy and grow in your mentoring relationship over the next six months.
Your last step is to attend the Pot-Luck Celebration on Monday, October 22, the official ending of your commitment time. We believe you will surely experience Psalm 145:4 which says “One generation will commend Your works to another; they will tell of Your mighty acts.”
So please plan to join us for our Mentoring Orientation Coffee on Sunday, February 25 at 2 pm. It will definitely bless you… and it might change your life forever.
