Why Advertise With Us?

  2. We target a friendly market.  
    • Most people read our newspaper cover to cover.  
    • We distribute our paper to church members or those requesting copies.  
    • We have distribution requests regularly from outside our market and keep these in a database for monthly mailing.
  3. Our message is friendly.
    • Our church provides a lot of community service.
    • Our church has a variety of activities and resources to offer families in the Tennessee Valley Area.  This ensures a good cross section of readership.
    • Our church has community recognition for outstanding music and drama presentations, as well as an ability to bring in outstanding speakers and other events from across the nation.
 
 
Business Practices
  1. We are a non-profit newspaper; all of our advertising revenue goes directly into the publishing costs.
  2. Acceptance of ads for some businesses may be rejected by the staff or the editor due to content.  If Content is not consistent with church policy, the ad will be rejected.
  3. Ads are placed wherever the editor and staff choose.  Ad placement cannot be specified by the business owner.
  4. Billing takes place following the ad run; if an ad is unsatisfactory, the editor will follow with a free ad or bill at a reduced rate; depending upon the severity of the error.  Please contact your ad representative immediately.
  5. Any mistakes in billing will be cleared through the ad representative and the editor.
  6. Ad sales can be done by contract but commission will be paid out monthly after the ads run satisfactorily.
  7. Prepaid contracts will be granted 15% commission at the time of payment; the other 15% will be given after ad runs each month.
