Who's your ONE?

Imagine if every believer could answer that question with the name of a person who is far from God—a person for whom they’re praying and whom they're seeking to share the gospel. That’s the intention behind Who’s Your One. We believe God’s people don’t merely need another method for evangelism— what they need is a white-hot passion to see people who are far from God experience the new life He offers through Jesus Christ.

For the month of March, our church will prioritize personal ownership of the Great Commission as we each intentionally pursue one person with the hope of the gospel. See below to guide you through steps with resources to help you connect with your One.

Prayer | Find Your One

Identify and pray for your one by name. Ask God to give you opportunities to build a relationship with them. Pray for their heart to be open to you. Pray for their salvation. See below for practical tools for this step.

Pray For Your One Display

Write the initials of your One on a token and drop it in the Pray For Your One Display as a visual reminder to pray.

30 Day Prayer Guide

Coffee | Make the Connection

Set up a casual time to connect with them in a safe, public setting. Get to know them better, discover their interests, and have no other agenda than to be a good friend. Do this several times in order to strengthen the relationship.

Dinner| Go Deeper

Continue building the relationship by inviting them into a more personal setting. Discover their values, hear their story, and find out more about the things that are important to them. Ask them why those things are important to them and listen to their answers.

Gospel | Share Your Story

As you discover their values, listen for opportunities to ask the big picture questions. Discover their worldview: find out what they believe and why. Share your worldview with them as well. Then share your story: tell how you were before meeting Jesus and how your life has changed since meeting him. Use these practical tools to help you write out and share your story.
