The YA LEAD Team is a group of young adult leaders who will, collectively, be a catalyst for impacting thousands of others in their workplaces, in the community, in our church, and around the world. As part of Whitesburg Baptist Church, the YA LEAD Team is committed to helping young adults CONNECT, GROW, and SERVE within our ministry and our church as a whole to fulfill our mission to be and to make disciples.

Give yourself a sufficient amount of time to fill out this application. We think it’s worth the time to carefully and thoughtfully answer each question. For the answers that you have to write out, we recommend copy and paste your answers into a Word document or note so that if the page times out you don’t have to write your whole application out again.
Contrary to what you might think, the way to win on this application is not by trying hard to make yourself look good, but by just being truthful. Honesty is what we are looking for, not perfection!
